Beginners Course

Our beginners course is a 4 week introduction to prepare you for your journey into the pilates world. While beginners are welcome into all of our classes this is ideal for those who are feeling a little nervous about getting started or would like to start alongside of other beginners.

Postnatal Courses
6 WEEKS / $199
Includes Complimentary Information Session with Lauren Neil, Mackay's Women's Health Physio.
Our post natal pilates course is a 6 week reformer pilates course customised to meet all of your post baby needs. Offering a higher level of personalised detail in comparison to our standard classes this course is specifically designed to support your body's recovery, strengthen core muscles and improve overall alignment and flexibility during the postpartum phase. This course is suited to any mum regardless of your child's age.

Pelvic Power-Up
6 WEEKS / $199
Includes Complimentary Information Session with Lauren Neil, Mackay's Women's Health Physio.
Our Pelvic power up pilates course is a 6 week reformer pilates course for Mum's who may have missed the post natal recovery phase. Offering a higher level of personalised detail in comparison to our standard classes this course is specifically designed to support the restoration of your core and pelvic floor. This course is suited to any woman who feels they would benefit.
